Email estimates:

How about them computers!!!

I have given estimates via internet through the use of pictures and emails from customers. Not all estimates can be done this way, but it sure is nice when it can be done.

If possible, in an email, describe your home's ailments and send several pictures from different angles that best show the problem. Please include your phone number. I'll get back to you as soon as possible via email or phone. No snail mail.

Please note, all pictures received becomes the sole property of REHIAR and can be used as seen fit (like on this website!!!).

Time's are tough all around and the economy doesn't look like it's going to improve anytime soon. On approval, I'm willing to work with you in trade up to1/2 the cost of labor for any service or item of equal value. This is great for those who are on a fixed or low income that need some home repairs and can't fully afford them!

Materials plus 1/2 of labor costs must be paid in a deposit while the rest of the labor can be worked out in a trade or barter.

First I'll give you an estimate of the total costs for the job and then we can go from there.

OBTW- The work can't be for MAJOR home repairs or improvement.

The cap for total job costs (material and labor) is $1200.00 while the minimum is $400.00.

Materials cost what materials cost and I can't pay for gas, food, and rent without funds.
