Blueprints
Blueprints are just that: BLUE prints. They leave a lot to the imagination when it comes to visualizing what your prospective home- with all it's various material colors and textures- will look like when it is finished. Blueprints offer little in giving you or your client the complete visual experience when compared to a full color, walk-thru 2D/3D model version of the same house.

That's where I come in.

I can take your blueprints and redraw them to scale to create a color 2D/3D model version of your planned home.

Blueprints will then 'virtually' come to life, taking the headache out of trying to imagine what your dream home will look like upon completion.

Feelings of uncertainty about material and color choice will disappear when you or your clients "see" their material and color choices being collectively used in a real "virtual" home.

Money saving or plan changing decisions can then be made at this time without yet spending a single cent on materials! The aggravation that everyone feels when things are changed in mid-stream coupled with the high costs of change orders and restocking fees are thus avoided.

Not liking what you or your client sees after the house is 'virtually' built? Now you can play the 'What if......' game. Experiment with different roof styles- change from a gabled roof to a hip roof in a minute. Pop out a bay window or change window sizes. Add a deck, a porch, or another garage. Paint, siding, roof, and brick color can be experimented with. Try that in a real world scenario without almost spending a dime.

With a virtual 2D/3D model, the possibilities are endless. It gives you or your client complete confidence in the final outcome of any home building process way before it is even scheduled to happen.

A set of blueprints can go a long ways with a full color 2D/3D model of it included in the design package.

It'll practically sell itself.

Is it not worth spending a few hundred dollars now on planning that will save you thousands of dollars in construction costs and headaches later? Sure it is.

Any alterations to approved standard blueprints should be re-evaluated by a local architect or structural engineer for compliance to local building codes and structural stability.
