Ms. Booher's porch cover had water leaks and lots of weathered wood.


The bottom 24" of decking was replaced.

The rafter tails were replaced.











Since it was low pitch (2/12), we removed the shingles and laid a roll-on mineral roll.
















We replaced the weathered wood and added a soffit.

















A new lattice, fascia, soffit, gable siding, and a new roof completed this job.
