Burnett Roof/Wall Repair

The problem:


Ms. Burnett had a roof water leak that had been leaking for a long while.

The drywall on the ceiling and wall in the back room was dissolving.









 




The tear off revealed a few exposed nail holes and a flashing that leaked.
















We flashed the wall with step flashing over the old flashing.

















Using the shingles she supplied, the roof was sealed tight.

















The ceiling had a hole in it that mildewed.

















Water stains and damage on the walls.

















The floor was jacked up and shored.

The walls required fresh studs.
