Big or small, we do complete custom home framing from the slab up. With over 18+ years of experience in the framing field, we can build just about anything. Complex roofs and intricate cuts: not a problem.
Our framing technique includes:
- Calculated slab squaring.
- Crowned and inspected wall studs centered.
- No chopped up wall and pattern plates.
- Quality nailing patterns.
- Corners plumbed and sheared.
- Window and door boxes plumbed.
- Floor and ceiling joists crowned and inspected.
- All beams: more than adequate bracing.
- Ceiling spans braced and reinforced.
- Custom rafter fitted or trussed roof.
- Roof span braced and reinforced.
- All multilevel ceilings sealed with fire blocking.
- Attic heating and air platform if required.
- Decked attic space and walkway.
- Window blocks for curtains.
- Glued and screwed floor decking.
- All deadwood hangers for sheet rock.
- Sealed exterior floor plate.
- Squared in door and window installation.
- House wrapped with DuPont Tyvek house wrap.*
- Windows sealed with DuPont Tyvek window flashing system.**
