Most Building Inspector's Building Permit's Office require you to have a detailed floor plan to present along with the application for a building permit, whether it be a porch, addition, deck, etc.

Why not hand them a professional grade one page floor plan with all the right dimensions on it? The floor plan is computer generated and it can be emailed right to your inbox in a PDF. It then can be printed up on a regular 8"x11" printer or taken to a print shop and made into a full size print.

With a professionally drawn floor plan, you can take control of your home improvement project. Make copies for your general contractor and workers so that everyone involved is on the same page. Post it around the job site so there is no confusion or excuse for not knowing what to do!

Each simple floor plan will show wall placement, dimensions, window and door placement, roof outline, electrical connections, text description if needed, fixtures, plumbing hook-ups, floor. Foundations are all standard as a slab or crawl space under the exterior walls.





Call me to schedule a home visit to tour your site and take measurements to accurately transpose your proposed idea into a professionally drawn floor plan. Estimated time of home visit is 2-3 hours.

Larger floor plans that requires more detail may require a larger fee, depending on the initial inspection of the site and time involved in creating the floor plan.
