Cause
- Damage - Solution
Home repair is the return of any physical damage that's caused by use and abuse, acts of nature, or any unforeseeable
event back to it's original state of existence through the use of the same or like materials.

Homes, like most things, tend to wear down through normal everyday use. Acts of nature and unforeseeable events that are beyond your control can wreak havoc on one of your most prized assets.
Sometimes damage is a sign of a greater problem that exists. Water seeping through the exterior and leaky pipes are the number one cause of damage to homes. If not taken cared of right away, termites can soon invade causing more damage which can lead to costlier repairs down the road.
Home repair is more than just about fixing damage, it's also about fixing the problem that caused the damage in the first place and providing a solution to make sure that it doesn't happen again where possible. I have that knowledge and skill to solve your problem, provide a solution, and repair the damage. I enjoy the challenge.
Some damage can just be cosmetic in nature requiring some finish work, while other damage might require more drastic measures.
Please note that the extent of most damage sometimes can't be seen at first until the opening up of walls and floors to effect initial repairs. The damage can extend beyond the obvious thus requiring additional funding of which the homeowner will thus be notified.
If you have an issue that needs addressing in your home, please don't hesitate to give me a call to assess your damage, find the cause, and offer you a solution to your home's mending needs.
*Please note: Sometimes the cause of damage is first time drivers- Sorry, I can't solve that problem.
