The Parson's was looking to sell their home and they needed an extensive 'fix it up' done.
They wanted the popcorn ceiling in the kitchen, dining room, and living room scraped and retextured with orange peel texture.
The cracks in the walls were to be repaired and repainted.
Most of the rooms were repainted and touched up.
The wainscot was to be painted.
First, all the floors were covered up and protected.

All the cracks were repaired through out, and the ceilings scraped.

The kitchen was covered up prior to the ceiling work.
The kitchen's ceiling plaster was cracking and all the vents had water stains around it.

Along the way, I noticed the ceiling's drywall in the kitchen was sagging badly and hung loosely, short of collapsing.
I had to be push up the drywall and then reattach it with drywall screws.

All the cabinet doors were pulled and the cabinets were painted.

The cabinet doors were individually repainted also.

The walls were taped off and ready to be painted with and airless sprayer.

The final look.
