Additional job processes that's part of her townhome renovation project.



We were patching a small hole when my hammer went ALL the way through the wall.

I built a dummy wall to support the second story so that we can rebuild the wall.













Wall without the drywall on exposing more damage.

















Termites turned these headers into paper mesh.

















We stripped all of the framing out leaving the outer sheathing.

















We rebuilt the framing and insulated the inwall.

















We hung the drywall.

















Everything was sprayed with knock down texture.

















During the repair, we glued 1/4" drywall to the cement wall.
