I didn't have a clear picture of what I wanted at first, and you helped me envision what it could be.  You're initial estimate was accurate, and when changes I wanted came up, you worked with me to provide the results I needed without capitalizing on my need for changes.  I feel like I got first-class work at an affordable price.

When it rains now, we don't have to put up with a wet front door and outside window. When someone comes over and it is raining, they won't have to stand in the rain before they come in. You designed the extension and the finished product came off as if it had been a part of house built in 1978 from the beginning! You did it in quick order and at a most reasonable price, compared to other much higher estimates we had obtained.
