I just want to thank you for being a contractor with integrity.  It is always a little scary hiring somebody for the first time.  We have all heard the horror stories about contractors. 
 
You made the whole process much easier from planning through construction and finally, impeccable clean-up.  Your attention to the smallest of details was, in my opinion, what sets you far above others in your field.
 
I didn't have a clear picture of what I wanted at first, and you helped me envision what it could be.  You're initial estimate was accurate, and when changes I wanted came up, you worked with me to provide the results I needed without capitalizing on my need for changes.  I feel like I got first-class work at an affordable price.
 
I look forward to recommending you to any prospective clients that may be considering hiring you.  I am also telling everybody that will listen what a pleasure it is to work with you.  Even now, my words do not do justice to what I think of you as a contractor and as a person.

Miller Porch Project:





I'll be forever thankful for your excellent construction of the extension of the overhang over our front door/window. When it rains now, we don't have to put up with a wet front door and outside window. When someone comes over and it is raining, they won't have to stand in the rain before they come in. You designed the extension and the finished product came off as if it had been a part of house built in 1978 from the beginning! You did it in quick order and at a most reasonable price, compared to other much higher estimates we had obtained.

Green Skylight Repair:







Never before have I experienced integrity, dependability, and quality work as I have with Robert.  He does what he says he will do, does a great job, and on time.  With the recent ice storm and the damages I incurred, I knew I could count on him to be dependable. He had previously repaired a skylight in my home so I knew the quality of his work.   Again, I am completely satisfied with the work done for me.  Thanks Robert, It is nice to know that there are still people that can be relied on.
