I spend almost thirty years in the United States Navy. Bravo Zulu is a Navy expression that means GOOD JOB.

I contacted Robert on Friday morning, based on a classified advertisement in the Times Picayune. His response was almost immediate and we made arrangements for him to stop by my house that day. When he arrived, I showed him the three doors I was having a problem with. After examining them, he gave me a reasonable price to fix the problems. He even went so far as to make a second appointment to do the work on Sunday morning.

He arrived, actually a little early, and effected the repairs in just a bit over two hours, and even fixed a minor problem on a fourth door. His work was fast and accurate. He even cleaned up after himself, which is unusual for a tradesman.

I would strongly recommend Robert for any household repairs that that anyone might have and would voluntarily talk to anyone seeking to hire Robert and provide a reference.

All I can say about Robert is BRAVO ZULU!

Just wanted to say how pleased we are with the finished work in our foyer and dining room. Our thoughts when we first saw the finished work was "This is beautiful!", "I can't believe it's the same house!", "What a difference it has made in the whole look of the house! It has opened it up and made it so much brighter!"

Three days after the work was complete, my family came over for our Family Christmas Dinner. The first thing my younger brother did was to ask for a measuring tape, a paper and a pencil. He wanted the same thing done in his home! I told him if he wanted the job done to perfection, he needed to call you.

One by one my neighbors have ventured over to view the finished product and they, too, are in awe of the beauty and craftsmanship. Several have asked for your card as well.

I wanted also to say how much I appreciate your dedication to our project, the pride with which you completed this job, and the commitment you made and stuck to, to get the job finished in time. I will gladly and proudly recommend you to anyone needing carpentry work.

Thank you again. I'm sure we'll be working with you again soon, because one project usually makes you realize that more needs to be done! Ha ha!
